Directions to Cobaw from Melbourne via Carlsruhe.

From Melbourne access M79 which is the Melbourne - Bendigo freeway.

Take M79 North toward Bendigo to the off ramp to Carlsruhe, which is between Woodend and Kyneton. At the Carlsruhe off ramp, turn right, follow the sign to ‘Carlsruhe, Lancefield’ and pass over the freeway.

 Once over the freeway, turn left onto ‘Cobb & Co. Road’, and follow for 1K. - There is a BP on the LHS.

Turn right onto the Lancefield Road, and follow for 1K.

Turn left onto Chases Lane and follow for 4.1K. - Pass Pond Cottage at 2.9K.

Turn right onto ‘Pipers Creek Road’ and follow for 7.3K. You pass through the hamlet of Pipers Creek -2K- and follow the road around to the left - here it becomes the ‘Baynton Road’. You then pass the estates of Springvale, Rosebery Hill, and Loxley Vineyard, and arrive at the intersection of the Kyneton-Baynton road. There is an old farm house on the left at this intersection.

Turn right onto the Kyneton - Baynton road and follow for 2.8K. You cross Jews Harp Creek - 2.3K.

At the rise following Jews Harp Creek turn right, and then left, onto Prendergasts Lane, and follow for 4K. -Do not turn into Perc Boyers Lane-3.6K.

You arrive at  the gate of ‘Cobaw'.

Follow the drive to the first cottage.
